- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The worst customer service experience hands down I have ever received. They would not give us a discount after a series of errors on their part which lead us to get the wrong engraving and when asked for a discount of some kind they would not budge. When asked to speak to the manager he was very standoffish and ended up walking away without the matter being resolved. Do not go to this shop, they dont know how to treat their customers!By michaelrowland, July 21, 2017
